Hello everyone. This is a repost from a post from my other blog a few days ago with a couple of additions.
Numerous countries in South America have followed this blog. Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Guatemala, Uruguay, Venezuela, Peru and Ecuador have read it often. Another country popular reading it is Brazil.
I'm told by several friends that a promotion, Brazilian Wrestling Federation is the most popular of the 30 promotions according to WrestleMap.
The company, based out of Sao Paolo, began in 2002 and was founded by Bob Junior. They have had nearly 170 shows in the 23-24 years of existence.
According to several sources, BWF (for short) is going through a revival and is very popular in the country. International stars such as KENTA and Eddie Edwards have appeared at shows. In the last month alone, the company has had three shows with very good turnouts.
The company streams their events on Telecatch which am told is a popular tool in the area for television purposes. Also, BWF has nine active championships so the promotion is definitely popular in the country.
Here is the Facebook line to BWF if interested.
