Thank you to the friends at WrestleMap, we were able to find a wrestling promotion in Venezuela.
The promotion is called Nueva Generacion Venezolana. There is no indication that they are on Cagematch. However, it appears that NGV began their promotion in 2015 and are based out of Caracas.
