Just want to thank everyone who has had a chance to read the blog so far in Lucha Libre In Latin America. This is something that I've wanted to do for a few weeks now, and it's become a dream and a project!
From seeing photos, stories, videos and exchanging messages on social media, this won't be as simple as one, two, three. This blogger experienced a similar situation when Pro Wrestling Today began with the Southeast Asian wrestling promotions. However, I've been fortunate and blessed with the responses so far. Several questions have been answered and passed on to this blogger, and it's greatly appreciated!
As some of you know, I love pro wrestling no matter the promotion, the country, the culture and the continent in the world of ours. Thanks to a pro wrestling writer who I've followed a long time, doing a wrestling blog is possible. Bill Apter, who is responsible for Pro Wrestling Illustrated magazine, is someone I respect. He's someone who respects the industry. This blogger tries and pattern himself after him. Hopefully, the wrestlers, fans and officials of promotions whom I've exchanged messages with, feel that from me.
From what I've seen internally with the blog, America has been reading it over the past week analytically as it has in several South American countries. In fact, it has done better than the first week doing the Southeast Asia blog. It could be the time difference since there's a one to three hour time difference between San Francisco and let's say Peru, Bolivia, Colombia or Brazil. Definitely, I'm happy with it.
This blogger will continue his best to provide info on promotions in Latin America. It's not covered very well in America and it deserves better.
In the meantime, hope everyone enjoys this! Muchas gracias!
